Water Treatment Installs in Tempe and Nearby Towns

Softeners, whole-home filters and reverse osmosis units go into homes across Tempe and the towns around it. Before anyone cuts a pipe, we confirm what your city asks for, so the finished system meets code and is ready if an inspector stops by.

Where We Install

Tempe and its closest neighbors, Guadalupe, Chandler, Mesa and Gilbert, make up most of our jobs. We also head south to Sun Lakes and over to Paradise Valley and Glendale. No matter which of these towns you live in, we begin the same way: a free water test with zero obligation. Afterward we go over the readings with you, explain what they mean for your house, and give you installed system pricing before anything is scheduled.

Plumbing rules are set city by city, and neighboring towns do not always agree. Whether a drain connection needs a permit or an inspection depends on your address, so we check the requirements for your home, tell you in plain terms what applies, and take care of the paperwork when it is needed. Install comes included with our water treatment systems too. The price we give you already includes the labor along with the equipment, so you will not see a separate install charge later.

What We Plan For Across the Valley

  • Hard water is common

Scale on faucets, spotty dishes and crusty showerheads are familiar complaints all over the Valley. A test tells us how hard your water actually is, so a softener is sized to your home instead of guessed at.

  • Summer heat in the garage

Many homes here have the main water line and water heater in the garage, which gets very hot in summer. We choose a spot and fittings that hold up to that heat and leave room to change filters or add salt without a struggle.

  • Older ranch homes and newer builds

The area has everything from older ranch houses to recent subdivisions. Older homes may have aging pipes or no ready loop for a softener, while newer homes often have a loop already in place. We check what you have before we quote, so the price reflects your plumbing.

  • Permits and drain rules

Softeners and some filters need a proper drain with an air gap, and local code covers how that connection is made. We follow it on every install and pull a permit when your city asks for one. If an inspector needs to come out, we explain what they will look at.

  • HOA guidelines

Plenty of neighborhoods have an HOA. If any equipment would sit outside or be visible from the street, we can talk through placement so it fits your community's rules.
