About Our Water Treatment Work in Tempe
We install water softeners, whole-home filtration and reverse osmosis systems in your home. Before any equipment goes in, we test your water and explain what it shows. Then we plumb the system the way code expects and tell you what each part is for.
Why We Work the Way We Do
Most people call us because something is bothering them. It might be white crust on faucets, spots on glasses, a taste they don't like, or an old softener that stopped regenerating. Those problems are real, but the right fix depends on what is actually in your water. That is why our first visit is the free water test with zero obligation. You see the readings and hear what they mean before equipment comes up at all.
The part customers rarely ask about is the plumbing behind the system, and it matters. A softener flushes rinse water down a drain line, and that line has to stop short of the drain opening with open air in between. That small gap means used water has no route back into the pipes you drink from. A reverse osmosis faucet needs the same kind of protection. A bypass valve lets you take a system offline without shutting off water to the whole house. We set these up correctly on every install, and we show you where they are.
Permit rules depend on the city and on how much plumbing the job changes. Before we start, we tell you plainly whether your project needs one. If it does, we pull it and plan the work around the inspection, so you are not left sorting out paperwork. Install is included with our water treatment systems, so the pricing we give you covers the equipment and the work to put it in.
What You Can Expect From Us
Results before recommendations
We show you the readings from your water test and what they mean in everyday terms. Plenty of homes have no real need for a softener. When your numbers say so, you will hear it from us, along with what would actually help, such as whole-home filtration or a reverse osmosis system for drinking water.
Code items you can point to
When the install is finished, we walk you through the air gap, the drain connection, the bypass and the shutoffs. You will know how to turn the system off and why each piece is there.
Care inside your home
We lay down protection where we work, keep tools contained, and clean up before we leave. Packaging and any old equipment we remove go with us.
One price for the installed system
We give you installed system pricing by phone, with the equipment and the labor in one number. Nothing is rushed. Take the time you need to decide.
Where We Work
We serve homes across Tempe and nearby communities, including Guadalupe, Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Sun Lakes, Paradise Valley and Glendale. Many systems around here sit in a garage that gets very hot through the summer, so we choose the location and route the lines with heat and service access in mind. That keeps the system easier to maintain for years.
